• DoSomethingDifferent will send you an actual park ticket for this product.  Therefore you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) one week later. 
• They will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  You must therefore, be resident in the UK or Ireland to purchase this product.
• As you will be sent the actual ticket, we advise that you store it in a safe place prior to travel and take a photocopy of serial number(s) on the reverse.  In the event that it is lost, this will enable the park to reissue the ticket.
• If you are travelling in less than a week, we can offer an express delivery service, for a £5 (per booking) booking fee, subject to availability. Please either call our Customer Service Line on 0208 090 3790 to book this or select the Express Delivery Service ticket when booking.

• You may visit as many Disney parks as you wish in any one day and this will only constitute one day of use.
• The ticket expires 14 days after the date of first use.
• The tickets are valid for 14 consecutive days from the first day of use, however you can go as much or as little as you like over this 14 day period.
